Untitled (From Frozen) SKILLET: Saute for 4 minutes in a skillet with a little oil. OVEN: Place product in an oven-dish & cook 12 minutes at 350?F. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: "Grilled Eggplant with tomatoes": peel & dice tomatoes. Slice some onions. Chop some basil, chives & a bunch of fennel. In a salad-dish, mix some olive oil, the herbs, the tomato & the onions, & season with salt & pepper. Lay the grilled eggplants in an oven-dish & pour the above mixture over them. Cook in a very hot oven. Serve with a sprinkling of lemon juice.
